The 2020 Ford Escape is hitting dealerships this fall with an innovative suite of options, a new body design, and the heralded comeback of the Ford Escape Hybrid.

The slew of technological features available in the 2020 Ford Escape are astounding, from Ford Co-Pilot360™ technology to a surprising amount of horsepower pumping out from their revamped hybrid models.

2020 Ford Escape S

The 2020 Ford Escape S price starts at an MSRP of $24,885. It seats five and comes stock with Ford Co-Pilot360™ technology.

The Ford Co-Pilot360™ arsenal is equipped with automatic emergency braking, auto high-beam headlamps, lane-keeping system, evasive steering assist, a rear-view camera, and voice-activated navigation.

The second-row seats on this model are also more versatile than its predecessors, offering adjustable legroom of up to 40.7 inches, leading all models in its class.

The 2020 Ford Escape S also comes standard with FordPass Connect™, an app that allows you to remotely access features such as start/stop, lock/unlock, and remote start scheduling, while also allowing you to access your vehicle’s location, fuel level, and mileage.

2020 Ford Escape SE

The 2020 Ford Escape SE comes even more loaded with technological features. An upgrade to an SE means an upgrade to the SYNC® 3 system. Featuring a capacitive touch screen, enhanced voice recognition, and both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.

Additionally, the 2020 Ford Escape SE model features a 10-way Power Driver seat with Front Row Heat, which is available on SE models and above.

2020 Ford Escape SE Sport Hybrid

The 2020 Ford Escape SE Sport Hybrid runs on a 2.5 liter iVCT Atkinson-Cycle I-4 engine. This model also features a lithium-ion battery much smaller than its predecessors and is placed in a new location – outside the vehicle and below the second row of seats, allowing for more room in the cargo area.

The 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid comes standard with front-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive is also optional, along with AWD disconnect, which conserves energy and fuel demand when all-wheel drive is not needed.

When an added boost is needed, the 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid provides more than enough, with an estimated 198 horsepower that doesn’t drain fuel economy, as the EPA estimates this model covering up to 550 miles per full tank.

2020 Ford Escape SEL

The 2020 Ford Escape SEL comes with even more icing on the cake, featuring a hands-free, foot-activated liftgate that comes with an adjustable liftgate height to help you load and unload whether in or out of the garage. The SEL also features a reverse sensing system, which alerts the driver to any objects in the backward path of the car.

2020 Ford Escape Titanium

The 2020 Ford Escape Titanium takes technology to the next level.

Starting with safety, the 2020 Ford Escape Titanium features Ford Co-Pilot Assist365™ technology, an upgrade over the regular Co-Pilot360™, and includes lane-centering, evasive-steering assist, and voice-activated navigation capabilities.

With the 2020 Ford Escape Titanium, you also have the option of automated parking. Through Active Assist 2.0, the 2020 Ford Escape Titanium will allow you to park both perpendicular and parallel, all with the touch of the Active Park Assist button.

The Titanium model also comes standard with a 10-speaker sound system by Bang & Olufsen that’s new for 2020 and also features a subwoofer.
